Full planning permission was obtained from South Dublin County Council in early 2016 and the Tender Process is in the evaluation stage with a contract award expected shortly.
This is a new-build, 100-bed residential healthcare unit for Peamount Healthcare on their existing Campus in Newcastle, South County Dublin. It is approximately 6,700 sq.m over two floors, arranged as two interlocking squares with private courtyards. This building is the first phase of a Masterplan developed by Scott Tallon Walker Architects as part of Peamount Healthcare’s five year strategy to be an international leader in delivering and promoting rehabilitation and continuing care services.
