Interest and concern for the project is based on the awareness that the site and the quality of development will have a major impact on the appearance of the town. Scott Tallon Walker Architects carried out their own preliminary study of the surrounding urban context which was the basis of the proposed architectural design including pedestrian connections, traffic management, form, massing and materials.
