St. John leads the Housing Sector within the practice and is working on a range of residential schemes including standard multi-unit developments, build-to-rent (BTR), PRS and co-living.
He has brought innovative design solutions to a range of multi-unit, build-to-rent (BTR), private rental sector (PRS) and co-living residential schemes in both private and social developments.
St. John moderates our monthly town hall forum, a focused and lively exchange of ideas on all aspects of design. He is an external critic at the Macintosh School if Architecture.
