Civic & Cultural

Scott Tallon Walker Architects have designed some of Ireland’s most important civic and cultural buildings: from the National Theatre at the Abbey, the award winning Dublin City Council Headquarters, to the design of a suitable setting for the Papal visit. The practice embraces and designs the broadest range of public buildings, including theatres, pavilions, monuments, civic offices, churches, stadia and community centres. We recognise the challenges associated with the design of civic and cultural buildings: the importance of issues such as transparency, sustainability, accessibility and urban regeneration.
