The first phase of the commercial development proposal is for six office buildings of 3000m2 each looking across the Dargle Valley eastwards towards Bray Head and south to the Sugar Loaf. The office floor plates will be 18m deep and 1000m2 per floor.
The project includes major infrastructure, two motorway junctions, a new bridge across the valley which will deliver LUAS to the site, as well as water, drainage and electrical infrastructure.
