The brief called for a 3 storey block of 18, two bedroom apartments located on the site on the Isle of Dogs, giving great views towards Canary Wharf.
The building was designed with a split level section raising the ground for 1.5 meters off the Dockside, overlooking the public dock walk and providing storage space and carparking for tenants below.
