Kevin Bates

Kevin Bates is co-lead director of our London studio. He plays a prominent role in expanding STW’s international portfolio in Europe and the Middle East.
His work has delivered considered, engaging and dynamic environments, creating intimate residential spaces and giving international institutions heightened recognition through large-scale projects. Kevin has steered some of STW’s most complex projects, with large teams of consultants on International University, Healthcare, Science & Research, Laboratory building projects.
Kevin has won the RIAI Triennial Gold Medal for excellence in architecture. He has been a visiting tutor in the Schools of Architecture at University College Cork and King Saud University.
