A tower element at the junction of Merrion Road and Bellevue Avenue faces south east to the premium view across Dublin Bay to Dun Laoghaire. The distinctive form of the tower element and creates a memorable image of the new Maldron Hotel on the Merrion Road.

Visitors entering the hotel are protected by the 4m deep Porte Cochere created by the 1st floor balcony. Reception and access to the guest bedroom lifts are at this level.

The main reception areas are raised to first floor level. Elevated above the level of the busy Merrion Road the Bar and restaurant stretch across the full hotel frontage and open out onto a long terrace with views out over Dublin Bay. The bar is located in the tower element with views South east out over Dublin bay to Dun Laoghaire .

Hotel conference facilities are also at this level with meeting and banqueting rooms arranged around a double height concourse suitable for break out, promotional stands and exhibition. The hall is lit by large window facing west out over the Dublin mountains.
